Ayam Goreng

Ingredients

3 boneless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
1 egg
1 tsp cornflour
4 tbsp plain flour
3 tbsp dried breadcrumbs
Pepper
½ tsp sesame oil
Salt
Curry leaves


Directions

Mix egg, corn flour, pepper, sesame oil and salt. Marinate chicken pieces with the mixture and put aside for about half an hour (the longer the better). Mix plain flour with breadcrumbs and add marinated chicken pieces.
Heat oil and deep-fry the chicken until golden brown.
Add curry leaves and it’s ready to be served.
